is an Internal Medicine and Family Medicine specialist serving patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He sees patients 18 years of age or older at Kokoro Health & Wellness, located in Dallas, Texas. He is a home visiting physician and can also provide virtual telemedicine appointments. Dr. Lester’s areas of specialization include chronic care management and transitional care medicine.
Dr. Lester completed his Bachelor of Science in biology from Morehouse College in Atlanta. He graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in Nashville. He then completed his internship and residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
Following his medical training, Dr. Lester worked in a variety of health care settings providing hospice care, home visits, and transitional care. He has over 23 years of experience in the medical field, and looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them feel stronger and healthier.

HanhDung Nguyen, DO
is a kindhearted primary care doctor in family practice. She treats patients living in Greater Dallas, TX.
Dr. Nguyen studied medicine from 1994 to 1998 at the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in North Miami Beach, FL. She then completed an Internship at Florida Hospital East Orlando. Finally, Dr. Nguyen completed a two-year residency in Family Practice at Dallas Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
Patients visit Dr. Nguyen for many reasons. Some of these include annual physicals, annual pediatric checkups, illnesses, prescriptions and refills, pre-travel checkups, general consultations, annual skin screening, psoriasis, hair loss, ear infections, hoarseness, hearing problems, vertigo,sinus problems, sleep problems, swelling, OB-GYN consultations, birth control and contraception, pap smears and annual gynecological exams, sexual dysfunction, sexually transmitted infections, flu shots, fevers, allergies, eczema, eating disorders, foot pain, bunions, arthritis, warts, cardiovascular screenings, ECG and EKG, cholesterol checkups, high blood pressure, asthma, emphysema, pneumonia, pulmonary function testing, sleep studies, daytime sleepiness, migraines, bone density measurements, thyroid consultations, pre-travel consultations, sore throats, sick children, and many others.
Kathryn Murray, PA-C
is a Physician Assistant, board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She was born and raised in Houston, Texas before she moved to Austin, Texas to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to Abilene, Texas to pursue her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Hardin-Simmons University, graduating in 2023 before finally settling down in Dallas.
As a provider, she has a deep appreciation for the importance of building strong patient-provider relationships and the value of preventive medicine in promoting overall health and wellness. She is passionate about empowering her patients to take an active role in their healthcare journey, providing them with the education and resources they need to make informed decisions that work best for their lifestyle and goals. She is excited to be a part of the Kokoro Health & Wellness team and looks forward to serving patients throughout the Dallas metroplex.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys reading, traveling, and most importantly, cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
