He sees patients 18 years of age or older at Kokoro Health & Wellness, located in Dallas, Texas. He is a home visiting physician and can also provide virtual telemedicine appointments. Dr. Lester’s areas of specialization include chronic care management and transitional care medicine.
Dr. Lester completed his Bachelor of Science in biology from Morehouse College in Atlanta. He graduated with honors from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in Nashville. He then completed his internship and residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
Following his medical training, Dr. Lester worked in a variety of health care settings providing hospice care, home visits, and transitional care. He has over 23 years of experience in the medical field, and looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them feel stronger and healthier.

Dr. Nguyen studied medicine from 1994 to 1998 at the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in North Miami Beach, FL. She then completed an Internship at Florida Hospital East Orlando. Finally, Dr. Nguyen completed a two-year residency in Family Practice at Dallas Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
