I feel like I came into the office on an off day. The nurse who brought me to the patient room seemed to be in a bad mood today and didn’t greet me at all. It felt like every time someone walked into the patient room they would go straight to asking medical questions instead of introducing themselves. As a new patient, I was anxious going into the office visit and this ended up being an uncomfortable visit so far. Dr. Nguyen was nice and listened to me during my visit. I had to get blood work done during this visit and the nurse wasn’t able to draw blood and immediately was like “do you want to just go to (third party lab) instead” which I felt was a little quick to give up. It made me feel like something wasn’t okay with my veins/body. I ended up getting my blood work done at the third party lab and they were able to get the test done quickly. Again I might’ve come on an off day because the reviews on here are stellar. Will give this office a chance again in case this was just an off day.

Awesome experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern facility, with an excellent patient portal to communicate with the doctor. Dr Jessica Nguyen took her time and made sure I had all my questions adressed before I left.

Dr. Nguyen worked me in on the same day I called. Her assistant Cassie was very nice and helpful. Lisa and Theresa at the front desk helped me with the paper work and spent time explaining the follow up procedure. Dr. Nguyen has a pleasant personality, she took time to listen to me, and she explained things in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.

Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen listened to my concerns and helped with each one. My nurse was also very kind and gentle when doing blood work.

I am a self pay pt. And the DOCTOR was making sure I knew exactly the cost for everything. The dr listened to my history and my concerns. She was very attentive. I have officially found my Dr.
